I have practiced yoga for over 15 years and studied different styles (and still studying!) before eventually qualifying as yoga teacher myself.
My classes are suitable for anyone including beginners and those with more experience. I love to offer a nurturing space whether my class is online or in person.

Our goal is to help our students cultivate these qualities through the practise of yoga. I always encourage my students to practice outside the class, to incorporate exercises, movements and wellbeing into their life, even 10 minutes in the morning or at bedtime in order to stay healthy and to feel balanced.
