I have practiced yoga for over 15 years and studied different styles (still studying and will be for ever!) before eventually qualifying as yoga teacher..
I am particularly interested in women's health, menopause, stress management and sleep hygiene.
I have been working for many years in mental health services and health & Social Care eithe

I am particularly interested in women's health, menopause, stress management and sleep hygiene.
I have been working for many years in mental health services and health & Social Care either for the NHS, private or voluntary sector. (including occupational therapy and adult education). I am currently and enthusiastically still working as a charity worker.
My classes are suitable for anyone including beginners and those with more experience. I love to offer a nurturing space whether my class is online or in person

I am very keen to keep the "groups" to 8-10 people max to give us more opportunities to connect in a safe space.
Yoga is not just on the mat!
I believe that yoga is more than just a physical practise. It is a way of life that promotes mindfulness, self-awareness, health and inner peace.
I always encourage my students to practice outside the class, to incorporate exercises, movements and wellbeing into their life, even 10 minutes in the morning or at bedtime in order to stay healthy and to feel balanced.
